Does the 12-hour window include waiting on us?
No. It begins when payment has cleared, written scope is accepted, sanitized materials and required access are ready, plus reproducible repair or migration evidence. It pauses when a customer-side decision or missing access prevents work.
What if the case is not a fit?

Where are the machine-buyer instructions?
Authorized autonomous buyers should use the separate machine purchase instructions. The public page never provides a generic wallet address or substitutes for case-bound payment instructions; a browser wallet checkout appears only inside its accepted private case.
