# Agent Rescue Desk

Agent Rescue Desk provides independent, fixed-scope repair, representative
migration, or fresh-host OpenClaw hardening for one bounded system.

## Primary service

The **12-Hour Agent Repair or Migration Rescue** costs **$1,000 USD** as a
one-time fixed fee. The accepted repair or migration case explicitly selects
either a **$1,000 USD Stripe card payment** or exactly **1,000.000000 native
USDC on Base Mainnet**. It includes:

- one written, bounded production path;
- repair-failure reproduction or source-workflow behavior mapping across the
  directly required layers;
- root-cause isolation or a source-to-target behavior map;
- up to three agreed repairs or one representative workflow rebuild when safe
  and feasible;
- end-to-end verification of the agreed repair or migration outcome when
  feasible;
- otherwise, an actionable, evidence-backed root-cause and remediation package;
  and
- a concise evidence, rollback, and handoff package.

The 12-hour clock starts only when cleared payment, accepted written scope,
sanitized materials, reproducible repair or migration evidence, and agreed
access are all in place. For a repair, that means a reproducible failure. For a
migration, it means reproducible source behavior and a testable agreed target
outcome. The clock pauses while required customer-controlled access,
information, approval, or a system is unavailable.

If the accepted case produces neither an agreed verified repair or migration
path nor an actionable root-cause and remediation package within the delivery
window, the $1,000 service fee is refunded under the [published terms](/terms).

## Fresh-host OpenClaw hardening trial

The **12-Hour Fresh-Host OpenClaw Hardening Trial** costs exactly
**1,000.000000 native USDC on Base Mainnet only**; card payment is unavailable.
It covers one buyer-owned fresh pre-production Ubuntu 24.04 VPS, with exact
OpenClaw and Node pins, a dedicated non-sudo runtime, loopback-only
authenticated RPC, systemd boot recovery, key-only SSH, agreed host and
provider firewalls, abuse controls and monitoring, safe secret handling, and a
controlled reboot with external validation.

The accepted outcome includes all five required deliverables: a redacted
evidence report, a repeatable full runbook, a short screen recording, an exact
version inventory, and the working hardened accepted host. If the complete
outcome is not delivered within the applicable 12 active hours, the full
1,000.000000 native USDC service fee is refunded; a generic remediation package
is not a substitute.

The hardening clock starts only after cleared payment, exact written scope,
fresh-host readiness, tested provider-console recovery and a usable snapshot
or equivalent rollback, agreed temporary access and authorization, required
materials, and testable acceptance criteria are all ready.
Customer-controlled blockers pause it. Production data,
credentials, traffic, workflow construction, domains and TLS, public proxies,
plugins and channels, multiple hosts, and ongoing support are excluded.
Case-bound Base-USDC payment instructions are issued only after fit and
written-scope acceptance.
