# Agent Rescue Desk

Agent Rescue Desk provides independent, fixed-scope technical recovery for one
broken AI agent, MCP integration, or n8n production workflow.

## Primary service

The **12-Hour Agent Rescue** costs **$1,000 USD** as a one-time fixed fee. It
includes:

- one written, bounded production path;
- failure reproduction across the directly required layers;
- root-cause isolation;
- up to three agreed code or configuration repairs;
- end-to-end verification; and
- a concise evidence, rollback, and handoff package.

The 12-hour clock starts only when cleared payment, accepted scope, a
reproducible failure, and agreed access are all in place. It pauses while a
required customer-controlled access, information, approval, or system is
unavailable.

If the accepted case produces neither an agreed verified repair nor an
actionable root-cause and remediation package within the delivery window, the
$1,000 service fee is refunded under the [published terms](/terms).
