Zapier, Make, or source platform shutting down

Move one critical workflow into n8n before the source disappears.

A fixed $1,000 first phase to inventory, map, rebuild or repair, and verify one already-running representative workflow in n8n— whether it is a Zapier Zap, Make scenario, AI workflow, or other automation path. Use the result to de-risk the wider migration. Additional workflows, client replication, and production rollout are separately scoped.

No account or payment is required to submit. Keep credentials, private links, and live customer data out of the public intake. Inspect the evidence format.

Source-to-target translation

Preserve behavior, not source-platform node names.

A safe migration starts from the observable contract: what triggers the workflow, how data branches and waits, which side effects occur, and what proves success. It is not an automatic node-for-node conversion.

Zapier → n8n

Freeze the Zap’s control flow.

Capture the trigger and action sequence, Filters and Paths, delays, webhook contracts, app-specific behavior, and relevant run evidence before rebuilding the accepted path.

Make → n8n

Preserve scenario semantics.

Record modules, routers, filters, iterators, bundle shapes, scheduling, webhook ordering, error behavior, and representative execution history.

AI platform → n8n

Expose the hidden agent contract.

Inventory prompts, tool calls, model and output contracts, memory boundaries, guardrails, branches, retries, and human handoffs without sharing secrets or live customer data.

Any source → proof

Verify the business outcome.

Rebuild one representative path against a sanitized fixture, compare its branch and side effects with the source, and retain the evidence needed to estimate the wider rollout.

Good first migration

One source path already works and its expected result is known.

  • The source workflow or a usable export remains available.
  • One representative trigger, input, branch set, and final outcome can be isolated.
  • A sanitized fixture and observable expected result can define acceptance.
  • The target n8n environment, version, and integration boundaries are known.
  • Client differences can be described as credentials, schemas, prompts, routing, or business rules.
  • The requester controls or is authorized to change both systems.

Not this first phase

A fleet migration, greenfield redesign, or blind production cutover.

  • All workflows or every client configuration in one fee
  • Bulk credential transfer or collection of secret values
  • An undefined build without reproducible source behavior
  • Unattended changes to live customer environments
  • Bypassing platform controls, policies, or authorization
  • Ongoing hosting, maintenance, or staff augmentation

The representative-path sequence

Prove the migration pattern before multiplying it.

The first phase turns one source workflow into an explicit, testable contract. Work stays in an export, copy, or non-production target unless a separately accepted scope says otherwise.

01

Freeze the source

Record the trigger, steps, branches, prompts, schemas, error behavior, and observable downstream result.

02

Map the contract

Separate portable logic from platform-specific nodes, credential boundaries, and client-specific variation.

03

Rebuild and verify

Implement the one agreed path in n8n and compare it with the accepted sanitized fixture and expected outcome.

04

Hand off the pattern

Return the secret-free export or diff, test evidence, rollback notes, known tenant risks, and a separate rollout estimate.

Free secret-free worksheet

Capture what disappears when the source platform closes.

The worksheet inventories behavior, not credential values. It is a plain-text file you can complete locally and redact before using it in a private fit review.

Migration evidence pack

Source deadline, one path, one fixture, one pass condition.

Record the export, representative trigger and result, client variation matrix, n8n target, cutover boundary, rollback plan, and acceptance evidence. Never include secret values.

01Deadline

When does source access end?

Name the date, export formats, available execution evidence, and any platform-specific components that cannot be exported.

02Contract

What must one representative path do?

Define its trigger, sanitized input, meaningful branches, downstream side effects, and one observable pass condition.

03Variation

What changes from one client to another?

Separate credential ownership from schema, prompt, routing, policy, locale, and business-rule differences.

12-hour outcome guarantee

Verified representative path or actionable remediation package.

The target is one agreed, verified workflow migration or repair. If that cannot be completed safely inside the accepted scope, the alternate agreed outcome is an actionable root-cause and remediation package with evidence, rollback boundaries, and next steps. If neither outcome is delivered within the applicable 12-hour window, the $1,000 fee is refunded.

The clock begins only after payment has cleared, the written scope is accepted, the source behavior is reproducible, the agreed target outcome is testable, and the agreed sanitized materials and required access are ready. It pauses for customer-controlled blockers.

Before a fit decision

Seven redacted answers are enough to qualify the case.

  • Which source platform is closing, and when does access end?
  • Which logic, configuration, and execution evidence can it export?
  • What triggers the one representative workflow?
  • What observable downstream result defines a pass?
  • What varies across clients besides credentials?
  • What sanitized fixture and expected output can be supplied?
  • Who authorizes changes to the source and target systems?

Independent and secret-free

No platform affiliation or broad-access assumption.

Private fit review available

Choose the one path that proves the wider migration can work.
