The rescue sequence
Start from the failed execution, not a theory.
n8n supports reviewing saved executions and, on supported plans,
loading prior execution data into the editor for debugging. The
rescue uses the evidence available in the customer’s environment,
then either verifies the complete outcome after a safe change or
documents the evidence-backed remediation path.

Compare input, mapped data, branch choice, side effect, and final

When safe within the accepted scope, implement up to three agreed

Return either an end-to-end verification run or an actionable
root-cause package with evidence, rollback boundaries, and next
steps.

A strong submission includes one failing execution ID or timestamp,
a redacted input example, the node or branch where behavior first
diverges, and the observable final state that should exist. If the
case fits, temporary least-privilege access is requested privately.

Verified repair or actionable root-cause package.
The target is an agreed, verified repair. If it cannot be completed
safely inside the accepted scope, the alternate agreed outcome is
an actionable root-cause and remediation package with evidence,
rollback boundaries, and next steps. If neither outcome is
delivered within the applicable 12-hour window, the $1,000 fee is
refunded.
The clock begins only after cleared payment, accepted scope, a
reproducible failure, and required access are in place. It pauses
while required customer access or decisions are unavailable.
