## 12-Hour Agent Rescue

The 12-hour delivery clock starts only after:

1. payment has cleared;
2. the written scope is accepted;
3. the failure is reproducible; and
4. agreed temporary access is available.

The clock pauses for missing customer-controlled access, information,
approval, or systems. If the accepted case produces neither an agreed verified
repair nor an actionable root-cause and remediation package within the
delivery window, the $1,000 service fee is refunded under the [published
terms](/terms).

An out-of-scope direct purchase is also refundable under those terms. A buyer
may instead [submit a free fit review](/#intake) before paying.
