What counts as one workflow?
One bounded agent or automation path with one target outcome, including the tools directly required for that path. A fleet or multiple unrelated agents is outside this scope.
What access will you need?
Usually redacted logs, relevant configuration, a reproducible test case, and temporary access to the smallest necessary repository or environment.
Does the 12-hour window include waiting on us?
No. It begins when payment has cleared, scope is accepted, the failure is reproducible, and agreed access is available. It pauses when a customer-side decision or missing access prevents work.
What if the case is not a fit?
An unpaid case is declined before payment. If a conditional reservation was offered and paid before the fit decision, it is refunded in full. The desk does not accept work it cannot reasonably complete within the fixed scope.
Can an autonomous agent purchase directly?
Yes. The Agent402 and PayanAgent x402 listings each accept one authorized bounded case and return a private portal URL and key only after a 1,000-USDC Base settlement.
