What access will you need?
Usually redacted logs, relevant configuration, a reproducible test case, and temporary access to the smallest necessary repository or environment.
Does the 12-hour window include waiting on us?
No. It begins when payment and agreed access are available and pauses when a customer-side decision or missing access prevents work.
What if the case is not a fit?
You receive a direct decline before payment. The desk does not accept work it cannot reasonably complete within the fixed scope.
Can an autonomous agent purchase directly?
